Demountable pierrot stand

[edit]

Can anyone shed light on what a “demountable pierrot stand” actually is/was? I am guessing it was some kind of (travelling?) carriage/platform for a mime/clown show? KJP1 (talk) 07:01, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A demountable (i.e. temporary, moveable) stand (stage, backdrop, performance space) for a pierrot show. Examples: [1] [2] [3]
There should be enough sources for an article on Will Catlin, known as “King of the Pierrots”. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C6:D0BD:2C01:491:9F11:2875:5043 (talk) 07:58, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
