NPOV Lead
[edit]The lead section of this article does not have a neutral point of view and it is written in a tone that does not appear to be encyclopedic. It appears to argue the outcome of a case that has not been presented in court and will not go to trial until next year. It appears to be a political stance on whether or not a specific judge should be assigned to a case based on his political associations. It appears to suggest that there is a proven connection of the assignment of this case to a specific judge based on bribery versus appropriate court assignments. In addition the lead section appears to reference four different sources that do not address anything about the case that is being introduced in the lead section. Also, all the references are at the end of the paragraph, rather then inline with the fact in the paragraph that is being referenced. This makes it appear their are references to the statements in the paragraph that do not appear to exist.Demt1298 (talk) 15:05, 8 December 2022 (UTC)
