NON-Encyclopedic sections

Hi all.
Do we really need sections "Sicilian footballers who represented FIFA national teams" and "Sicilian heritage" (actually put in comment)? These sections are not encyclopedic related to the Sicilian National football team but, only, vaguely related. This is not a page of Sicilian footballers or footballers sorted by heritage, but the page related to the Football team representing the region. Listing all the professional footballers that are born in Sicily, not only heavily the page, but give no additional information to the main matter.
I suggest to remove both sections.
