Removed the sentence accused of being original research, added a new sentence. I believe the information in this article has become better cited since the template was originally added in February 2020. Added copyediting template since the introduction sentence is a mess. I edited the opening paragraph a bit. It's pretty legalistic right now, so I'll probably read the case in the next few days and take a pass at making it more accessible.
