[edit]Re. the notability template, any of the soloists featured at that historic JATP recording are by definition notable. They may not be "famous" by contemporary standards, but their names were on the lips of every jazz musician at the time - and forever after. correct spelling of surname?
[edit]I first came across him as Sherock, but many sleevenotes - notorious for their many typos - credit him as Sherlock. Does anyone have any conclusive reference. Thanx. --Technopat (talk) 00:49, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
