Article is too focused on apartments / merge with Vacation_rental

Not sure if a merge makes sense, but this article is very focused on apartments. Other types of properties may be short term rentals - houses, condos, yurts, tiny houses, and even recreational vehicles. For that matter, the topic of short term rental may also apply to car hires.
