Changed distribution

Flora Malesian and GBIF don't list this species as occuring in the Philippines. The confusion comes about because Shorea teysmanniana Foxw. 1911, non Dyer ex Brandis 1895 is listed in the RBGE Dipterocarp database as a synonym for Shorea polysperma (Blanco) Merr.
