About this plot The river height data is [sic] real-time operational data from automated telemetry systems and has not been quality controlled. The data is [sic] provided for flood warning purposes and most data will not be available during non flood periods. Most river height data is [sic] provided to the Bureau of Meteorology by other agencies. Separate approval may be required to use the data for other purposes. Heights are given in metres. Sites marked with ** indicate that the automatic telemeter gauge is at a different location to the historical flood gauge. Therefore, the height shown in the table is not the water level at the historical flood gauge.

QUESTION - WHERE IS 'HILLVIEW' ?
DATA ARE APPARENTLY COMING FROM THIS N.S.W. GOVERNEMENT SOURCE - http://waterinfo.nsw.gov.au/pinneena/interactive/215-shoalhaven.pdf 49.181.237.0 (talk) 07:07, 29 March 2014 (UTC)
- Weatherzone gives a lat/lon for each weather station. You can see the one for Hillview here [1]. Of course, I can't vouch for its accuracy. Would appear to be accessible only via private land (or by river, of course). --Inas (talk) 00:42, 2 April 2014 (UTC)
Who named the Shoalhaven River?
[edit]Who named the Shoalhaven River, and the Crookhaven River for that matter?
Are both river mouths unsuitable for navigation, as the words "Shoal" and "Crook" imply? Wimbledon32 (talk) 08:18, 29 March 2020 (UTC)
