Merging into New Safe Confinement
[edit]It was proposed two years ago that this article be merged into the New Safe Confinement article. I see little or no value to the article as it stands, and none of it seems to need merging into New Safe Confinement. So, unless someone objects, I will blank the article, remove all references to it, and redirect the name to New Safe Confinement. -- Dan Griscom (talk) 03:30, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
