  • I feel like there is something missing. Why did the factory close? How did the business evolve over the years? I'd love to know that but don't get that from this.

  • @Doug Coldwell: Almost there (made a few minor cleanup changes). This sentence I'd excise for tone: The factory's FAQ said "our rubies and sapphires are really ruby and sapphire!"
