First look under Wikipedia's new article curation / review process

Thanks for your work on this article. As a part of Wikipedia's new article review / curation process I just took a first look at the article.

In my opinion, this topic, to the extent visible in the article does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines which is a requirement for existence of a separate article on topic. This guideline is described at WP:Notability and in the specialized guidelines linked at the beginning of that page which provide somewhat of an alternate.

Inhabited places are given special consideration regarding wp:notability. Regarding political divisions/ districting, the common practice is that they are given a pass on notability guidelines if they have their own government in place. It appears that districts like this are very small and have no separate government, just an office. I'm not taking any further action other than leaving the tag and this note, nor am I marking the article as reviewed. This is pending either further additions to the article or review by others.
