Shan Bullock is a known author (included in both the Dictionary of Irish Biography (Cambridge University Press) and the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography (OUP)). This page was started to "set the ball rolling" in the hope that a more substantial information would be added by an expert or experts.

Shan F. Bullock was the subject of a fairly lenghty obituary in The Times (see: The Times, Thursday, Feb 28, 1935; pg. 17; Issue 47000; col D "Mr. Shan F. Bullock Irish Novelist And Poet") and has been the subject of academic interest (see: "The Margins of Subsistence: The Novels of Shan Bullock" by Patrick Maume New Hibernia Review / Iris Éireannach Nua, Vol. 2, No. 4 (Winter, 1998), pp. 133-146).

Alright. I'm willing to give the article a chance. I've removed the CSD tag and I'll do some research to evaluate his notability. I'll start an AfD if I feel he's not notable. Swarm X 21:14, 8 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
