Shai Azoulay is one of the leading Contemporary Israeli artists. He has exhibited extensively both in Israel and abroad including important museum exhibitions.
Azoulay is one of a very few ultra Orthodox Jews to have been embraced by the art world and his success is supporting a new movement among young religious Israeli artists.
I believe that I followed the guidelines necessary but would be glad to make revisions where necessary.
potential conflict of interest
[edit]It has been brought to my attention that I may have possible conflict of interest because Shai Azoulay exhibits a small number of works in a gallery in which I am affiliated. Although this is true, I have been, in my opinion, very objective and used independent sources.
