There are concerns regarding notability, but the Magic: the Gathering player in question does meet the notability criteria set forth in the relevant WikiProject. Additionally, Shenhar is a two-time World Champion, a pretty substantial feat, and almost assuredly enough to warrant an article even if the general criteria hadn't been met. As such, I removed the deletion proposal template. Now, I do agree that the article itself is lacking; expanding the article would certainly be optimal.
