Major rewrite (February 2022)

FYI, I rewrote this page in light of the fact that sexual relationship disorder is no longer a recognized disorder; it has been removed from the ICD-11. I also removed some very outdated information about mixed-orientation relationships that was based on 1980s research, as well as some unsubstantiated statements.
