I imagine if this guy is only Jewish on his father's side, he doesn't qualify for the category of Category:Fictional Jews. So I've removed the article from that category. --Saforrest 22:21, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Umm... Wikipedia isn't run from an Orthodox Jewish POV. Mad Jack 02:18, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, of course not. But, can people who are not practising Jews but of partial Jewish descent (on either side0 could be called "Jews"? I honestly wasn't aware this was the case. --Saforrest 07:04, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Of course they can. And, in this case, there are something like a billion reliable sources that say Seth Cohen is a Jew (in exactly that way), not to mention that he's said exactly the same thing, more than once, on the show. (Oh, as for "either side", everyone who has a Jewish mother, maternal grandmother, and so on, is considered fully to be Jewish by the Orthodox and Conservative denominations of Judaism, among others) Mad Jack 21:05, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dude!

[edit]

OMG! I can't believe it! I read on List of The O.C. episodes that in the next four episodes Seth is going to pop the question....(you know what question I mean!). If you want to read it, go right here: The French Connection and scroll down till it says "The French Connection" (Don't worry, you have to scroll down just alittle bit...

Or.....

you could just read it right here:

Taylor's husband, Henri Michel is in town promoting his new book, "A Season for Peaches", which is all about Taylor, who is not happy with the privacy invasion. Sandy stops off to discuss the hot new book, unaware of it's subject to Ryan. Seth pops the question, and requires Dr. Robert's blessing, while Summer returns to her old party girl ways. Write back if you want to thank me!

Age

[edit]

Seth Cohens age is stated as 19, surely he doesn't have a set age as he is a human being and he will get older as time goes on. None of the other O.C characters have an age. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.32.72.16 (talk) 18:27, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Brody1.jpg

[edit]

Image:Brody1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
