Service switching point -> Service Switching Point

Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE: this is a proper noun referring to a specific and standardized architectural element in an international standard. It does not refer to a general class of switching points for services. — Dgtsyb (talk) 22:53, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. This is not a proper name. The article itself shows that it is indeed a general term for entities of a certain class: "In this new architecture, the telephone exchange is known as an SSP ...".
Neither WP:CAPS nor WP:TITLE gives support to this RM.
