discussion - merging articles 'Serovar' and 'Serotype'

Although the definition of each word quotes the other in Wiktionary, and it is possible that both Serovar and Serotype represent the same idea, the articles seem to refer specifically to two different instances of serological variation. 'Serovar' refers to subspeices in Bacteriology, e.g. Salmonella enteritica, serovar Typhimurium; whereas 'Serotype' briefly addresses serology as concerned with tissue transplants.

Perhaps each piece might be improved by merging into an article that introduces serology, that there may be variation between individuals, and explains its instance and implications in both tissue transplants and bacteriology, aswell as any other relevant fields.lalalalal
