The result of the move request was: no consensus to move the page to any particular title at this time, per the discussion below. I have created the proposed title as a redirect to this article. Dekimasuよ! 07:10, 26 January 2019 (UTC)
Serena, the Lady Rothschild → Serena Rothschild, Baroness Rothschild – Per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility), this is the correct style for wives of British peers. 2601:241:300:C930:B19F:3596:AA76:800C (talk) 23:24, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose. Unnecessarily long, repeats 'Rothschild' and the disambiguator is not required. The move to 'Serena, the Lady Rothschild' was recent and out-of-process, so I've undone it. Instead, I've matched the article title to the style used on other similar articles, such as Teresa Rothschild. Celia Homeford (talk) 16:01, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
- 'Oppose, well put by Celia Homeford. DuncanHill (talk) 12:23, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
- Support. That a name is both personal and part of a title means repeating it is a requirement, not a problem. The example to follow is not Teresa but her busband.LE (talk) 15:29, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
- It is disgraceful that you are having this sordid, pointless debate while Lady Rothschild lies unburied. Have you no respect for anything other than Wikipedia. The article was where it was for years. Debate can wait. Giano (talk) 20:14, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
- I initially requested the move because someone moved it from the longstanding style to an improper style, which has since been undone. I have no objections to reverting it back to the original style. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:241:300:C930:A813:C10:23BE:3EEC (talk) 04:11, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Since she was usually known by her title, not her first name. This is usually the style we use for wives of peers in these circumstances. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:45, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
