A fact from Sekou Doumbouya appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 23 October 2018 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that top NBA draft prospect Sekou Doumbouya signed his first professional basketball contract at age 15?
"His father, on the other hand", not sure we need on the other hand here. "His father remained" or "his father, however remained..." perhaps would suffice?
"NBA legend Michael Jordan", be careful of WP:PEACOCK words such as legend. Obviously the majority of basketball fans would consider him so but we shouldn't influence the reader.
Overall, very little to worry about, references all seem to check out and are well formatted. However, one issue is the date formatting. Date formats should generally be kept to how they are used in the subject's country and, as a Guinean/Frenchman, this would be dd/mm/yyyy rather than the mm/dd/yy format which is currently used, Tony Parker being a good similar example. I know it's rather tedious but it would be better to get all of the dates formatted correctly (there are a few instances of dd/mm/yyyy being used already). Placed on hold for seven days. @Kosack: I have changed the format of some of the dates and will continue to do so. but since I cleared up all other concerns, feel free to point out any additional issues. Runningibis (talk) 22:38, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
