Rferences and external links

I tagged the article with a dated no reference tag. The creation of an article with no source or references opens the door for an WP:AFD as lacking WP:NOTABILITY and possible WP:OR concerns. The use of external links with no references is inappropriate. The purpose of external links can be found here and using external links as a source may be copyright violations. I am not experienced at updating tags and the EL tag is not exactly what I want but brings light to the issue.
