Page move inappropriate

[edit]

The page move was inappropriate that was recently made here.

There are multiple other nonfiction books with same page title, therefore full subtitle should be used here.

These include:

  1. See No Evil: Banned Films and Video Controversy
  2. See No Evil: Literary Cover-ups and Discoveries of the Soviet Camp Experience
  3. See No Evil: The Backstage Battle over Sex and Violence in Television

Please move the page back.

Thank you,

I mentioned this in the other thread and I haven't looked at the page history to see who did what, but this current (short) title would seem appropriate. If these titles listed above were to be notable enough to get their own articles, this article's title would include the book's year (or the author's surname or something similar) in the parenthetical disambiguation instead of being moved to its long title. Anyway, I see this is being discussed on the subtitles guideline talk page, so I'll monitor it there. czar  12:47, 23 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Just seems silly to me, Czar. Also, I've tried to copy/paste hyperlinks to Wikipedia pages to friends, and they can't get the link because often they don't get the final parentheses. So for that reason a lot of times pages with parentheses are difficult to share links to. — Cirt (talk) 14:24, 23 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Let's continue this conversation at the aforementioned guideline talk page, where a similar dialogue has already started czar  14:32, 23 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
