Merger Proposal

I oppose User:Brad101's proposal to merge this article with the Presidency of Thomas Jefferson article for the same reason I oppose his similar proposal to merge the First inauguration of Thomas Jefferson. As noted in my comments on that article's Talk page, there is a well-established precedent for the existence of a separate article for the inauguration of each U.S. President. --TommyBoy (talk) 04:33, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
