Internet Archive has a couple of good facsimiles of Emblemas morales, for instance, this one from the Getty Foundation library: https://archive.org/details/emblemasmoralesd00cova/mode/2up. FWIW, I rather think that, pace the article, he's as well known for it in Eurofocal letters at large as he is for the Tesoro in the somewhat more restricted sphere of Hispanophone lexicography, particularly nowadays, when political analyses of the Baroque's discourses of power, and its uses and limits, are enlarging the ambit of studies of emblem literature headlong; its international prestige in the period is attested by Sir Thomas Browne's adduction in Section X of Christian Morals of "the mortifying Janus of Covarrubias". (I'd add the link myself, but I'm afraid I haven't sufficient mastery of the template to effect that -- so I hope somebody'll take the handoff of the baton here.) 2600:6C5A:477F:D341:89E2:2F1D:4DF:F7BB (talk) 05:19, 5 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
