Please redirect Searle (Surname) to this page! Why do nowadays' administrators always revert neccessary work??? After unifying the disambig "Searle" I deleted Searle (surname) and asked for a redirection there - without even thinking about it, an administrator reverted my work. I start hating Wikipedia.
