I'm going to put this back on my to watch list. Long story short, we've had a long term SPA that has been creating several extremely spammy articles for Weathers's films, with a clear intent to promote the guy on Wikipedia. While Weathers as a whole passes notability guidelines, most of his films do not and advertising of any type is extremely inappropriate on Wikipedia. I've blocked the person in question as a spammer, but this will need to be watched to ensure that no one else does anything similar. Wikipedia is not a place to promote oneself.
