I'm not sure why this player was moved to Sean Depaula with a lower case "p", but he has always gone with an upper case "P" in his name. The official MLB site lists him as DePaula [1] as do all his baseball cards. See for example: [2] which has a facsimilie of his actual autograph where he himself capitalizes both the D and P in his last name.
