I looked up for the SeHCAT scan, and didn't find a page on it. I googled for it, and created a page. Please help expand it. Thanks. Najafhaider (talk) 13:22, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The statement "Patients are often fasted before taking the capsule" is not accurate. The recently (2013) published results of a survey of SeHCAT administration in the UK found that 62% of responders (45 centres) reported that no specific fastings instructions were given to the patient.
