this is my first article from scratch - please bear with me and crit/help rather than just erasing if there are any issues; i've been working on it in the sandbox for a while, and am hoping to add more new media artists / fix up their pages on the wiki more generally over time, so wanted to test my skills first. by all means, tell me what needs to be better!
