[edit]Sclerocactus sileri is a synonym of Pediocactus sileri, for which a page already existed. (The taxonomy of cacti is in a state of flux, so determining which is the most up to date name is not easy.) The content which was here at this time has been moved to User:Peter coxhead/Draft/Sclerocactus sileri. Any additional material will be merged in when I have time, or anyone else is welcome to do it! I now think that Sclerocactus sileri and Pediocactus sileri are not synonyms; see the Taxonomy section for my reasons.
However, it's not clear to me whether some of the material in this article (which apparently derives from a student assignment) is for the right species. Peter coxhead (talk) 13:16, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
