Apparent bias

There appears to be some bias here. While informational, a majority of the article does not directly relate to the topic at hand, but to a discussion of the law's effectiveness. Jad73994 (talk) 01:09, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Does this program still exist? The opening sentence refers to it in the present tense, but most of the information in the article seems pretty old and stale, and a lot of the URLs are dead links. —⁠ ⁠BarrelProof (talk) 02:51, 22 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
