My guess is that the English acronym for the organisation, ACPRA, stands for Arabian Civil and Political Rights Association - deliberately avoiding the name of the Royal family. If someone finds a WP:RS that explains this (or that gives another explanation!), then we can probably put this as a footnote after the acronym in the title (<ref>The English acronym is ACPRA instead of SCPRA, where "A" stands for "Arabian". blabla...</ref>). However, for the moment, this is just my guess, so it's not justified to write it in the article. i don't see any obvious part of Wikipedia:Manual of Style (abbreviations) which recommends what to do if an organisation has defined its acronym in a way that we think is "wrong" - do we override the source and put the "right", unreferenced acronym? In this particular case, if the reason is political - the people in the group may feel that the future of their country is beyond any particular family (Saud) - in which case avoiding the "S" would be a deliberate political choice.
