'Compare with a water faucet:' ~ I see someone is (trying to) draw the 'water tap' analogy. I think its more important at this stage to get the basic information down first.

diode

[edit]

ideal diode acts as a short circuit in forward biased region but not actual, it is because of the small resistance in actual diode.

Saturation Current

[edit]

I searched for "Saturation current", and got this story about diodes. I was looking for magnetic saturation current. I propose that "Saturation current" be changed to "Saturation current (diode)" and a disambiguation for "Saturation current" be added pointing here and to Magnetic saturation.

I will left a similar note on "Magnetic saturation" talk. Comments?  :- ) Don 15:21, 9 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I never heard of magnetic saturation current. Can you give a reference? --ChetvornoTALK 18:08, 9 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Diffusion Coefficients

[edit]

Dn and Dp are linked via 'diffusion coefficient' to Mass diffusivity. The Mass diffusivity page does not mention electron or hole diffusion: is there a better page to link to? 128.193.37.142 (talk) 01:36, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
