parasitic, adventive or satellite?

Is "parasitic" really the preferred term in the scientific community? CapnZapp (talk) 11:22, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@CapnZapp: There seems to be a lot more Google results for "parasitic cone" instead of "satellite cone", "satellitic cone" and "adventure cone". Volcanoguy 19:03, 31 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
