Surprisingly, there seems to be no (a)  true official site; (b) site in English; except my rather meager page, which, however, has more information than this Wikipedia article, plus its own link list, so guess what I added. Obviously, if anyone should find a better English-language site, my little page should be removed from the links! Bill 09:47, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
