Regarding Citing & Notability

[edit]

OK, I'm not citing this correctly.... Somehow it isn't working.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by WickedEd1t (talkcontribs) 03:24, 19 April 2007.

and as for notability, well, at least one person wants to know about it (it was a requested topic). but I agree, there isn't much to say about sandwich picks—The preceding unsigned comment was added by WickedEd1t (talkcontribs) 03:25, 19 April 2007.

Major League Baseball Draft

[edit]

I don't think there is any validity in statements questioning the notability of this term. It is a vital, and confusing, aspect of the MLB draft. However, I suggest that this page be mergedwith the main MLB Draft page (which already has a section on the compensatory draft process that could be extended at the discretion of the Wikipedia community). I wouldn't move it

[edit]

While I understnad the loigic of merging the term with the main topic Draft, I can't agree. The two subjects, while related, are mutually exclusive. A user looking for a definition of Sandwich Pick/Draft would be forced to look through the Draft topic to find it. I believe it is better suited standing alone.
