male or female name?
[edit]sorry if this patronising but not everyone is familiar with Indian culture - so "is a common Indian given name" should clarify whether it is (mainly or essentially wholly) a male or female name, or both. It is especially relevant online whether the gender of other people isn't always clear but might be a factor in communicating with them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.16.72.221 (talk) 14:04, 30 August 2024 (UTC)

Alternatives
[edit]Sundeep is also an alternative spelling along with Sandeep, I remember reading a source which listed common names in Canada and Britain with Sundeep and Sandeep being alternative spellings of the same, I will look again and post it here if I can remember but if anyone else remembers where to get the data I am referring to it would be great to add this tidbit of info. Suggested moves
[edit]This page should be moved to Sandeep. Both of the articles linked on that page start with Sandwip, and since there are only two of them, they can probably just link to each other via hatnotes (a disambiguation page isn't really necessary for just 2 links).
