Divide into sections?

Hey, I added an infobox to this page as part of the WikiProject Lakes. Reading the article it is hard to distinguish that this is talking about both a neighbourhood and a lake. It would make more sense to divide the page into sections, or move the info not related to the actual body of water to the Anchorage page.
