Shankara commentary needed

[edit]

Can anybody find Shankara's commentary on the Sanatsujatiya and:

  1. Give a citation (ideally both English and Sanskrit; ideally both online and library hardcopy)
  2. Insert a section with a synopsis of Shankara's commentary?

(Note: Buitenen's introduction to Sanatsujatiya (p. 182, 190 ff.) appears to cite an undated collected works of Shankara when it mentions his commentary: "Published in Sri Sankaracharya, Memorial Edition, Volume XIII (Srirangam, no date). pp. 171 ff."; I'm not sure if other such citation leads can be found online, but it may be worth looking if you have the time and don't have other leads). For possible clue, see external link added today to article:
  • S. N. Sastri's translation of the Sanatsugatiya [1] (online). Includes romanized Sanskrit based on ITRANS, plus commentary "Based on the bhAshya of SrI Sankara bhagavatpAda" (accessed 22 March 2010).
