Article remiss in socio-economic classification discussion
[edit]The article fails to discuss the fact San Antonio Independent School District v. Rodriguez was a case of first impression regarding if socio-economic status could be used/regard as a suspect class. Thus, requiring heightened scrutiny.
While the case was about a right to a meaningfully fundamental education the case was also about establishing soci-economic class as a suspect classification. Dwigginsj3 (talk) 03:01, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
