I just wish to add an 'update' to my history.
I have retired after some fifty plus years in the transportation industry. My most important piece of information to pass on is that I have been successful in my petition to the Army to have my 'undesirable' discharge set aside. The veterans administration , by committee, has deemed that my service was 'honorable.'

The infobox included with the article is a bit odd
[edit]It seems to pertain specifically to military service, and it includes listings for "allegiance", showing entries for both American and Chinese allegiance. However, there is no documentation provided to establish that the individual in question was a member of, ever held any rank in, or actively collaborated with the Chinese military, so it is not confirmed that he was militarily connected with them in any way.
If the infobox is simply implying *political* allegiance, rather than military, then it should be expanded to add that he reverted his allegiance back to the US from "1957 - Present", as the individual appears to still be alive at the time of this writing. If it is referring solely to military allegiance, then the listing for China should be removed, as he never fought for China.
Given that the context of the infobox appears to be specifically military, I'm going to remove the Chinese allegiance listing for now. PhilHudson82 (talk) 10:46, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
