Android OS Details

The infobar indicates that the phone uses Android 2.3.6 but that an update to 4.1.2 is in progress. This info needs to be reviewed as I have one of these phones and have been waiting for a 4.1.2 update for ages now (have been doing research and found that no version of this phone has anything above the 2.3.6 update). Software features reads like an advertisement

The software and features section reads less like a wikipedia article and more like a blatant advertisement. I have already worked on changing a bit of the article, but I don't have time and I'm not great at fixing the tone of articles. Can someone please fix the tone? Thanks!
