MOS:FIRSTBIO and MOS:CONTEXTBIO are clear that birth location doesn't go in lead or SD. As for being a British actor, other than two minor appearances in British TV series episodes, all significant and notable acting activity is in American films. "American films" are relevant as they were filmed in the US, which is where he he lives and works. He is an American citizen at birth, living in the US, with his notable work done in the US.
