I've restructured this article, and added additional references and information, to address a posted concern about a possible lack of notability. From what I've found, Sally Brant has been written about more than any other female indentured servant; she figures in most accounts of American indentured servitude in this period, as well as many histories of women & gender, histories of sexuality, and social histories of 18th-century Philadelphia. Further restructuring, to make this more topical than biographical, might be advisable. Clio.at.work (talk) 22:15, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm having trouble grasping the sentence reading Sally Brant started working for the Drinker family when she was ten years old, after the death of her mother and her mother’s remarriage. Should it read "after the death of her father and her mother's remarriage"? Innisfree987 (talk) 01:23, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
