Abt deletion
[edit]The article under consideration is the central character of Midnight's Children, the winner of Booker's prize and Booker's of Booker's prize. Also, the novel has been held by Time magazine as one of the 100 best novels written in English language since 1923. So, the article meets criteria for notability. If someone still thinks that the article does not meet the criteria, please specify the criteria which this article fails to meet. Thank you.--Eukesh (talk) 11:26, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
- I gave it an adamant keep and added some cited content for what it's worth. One of the great characters in all fiction. Of course this tragic struggle to keep Saleem Sinai in one piece and in a place of his own is reminiscent of his life history. Even in the internet age, he struggles for a stable homeland.
