Prior talk
[edit]The article now at Cattle in religion started out at the page name Sacred cow, which is now a disambiguation page. Discussion of article content about figurative (rather than literal) sacred cows is archived on Talk:Cattle in religion/Archive 1 and Talk:Sacred cow. 69.3.72.9 (talk) 03:59, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
Sacred Chao - cultural reference?
[edit]The Discordian "Sacred Chao" (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sacred_Chao#Sacred_Chao) is an obvious reference to this idiom. I notice that neither the applicable section of the article on Discordianism, nor this article make that connection. It seems so obvious to simply link them by reference, but I'm not familiar enough with the rules of editing Wikipedia to know how to go about including such a reference on this page. It's not a "related idiom", so much as a reference to this idiom. There's no section for that already. Should there be? --Ember-- 98.234.105.139 (talk) 09:40, 5 January 2011 (UTC)
Racism
[edit]There really should be an examination or explanation of this terms racist connotations, especially the business context where it describes ideas that are unchallengable, but ultimately pointless. 156.57.37.38 (talk) 16:56, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
