Formal title of Piece this Article

As I understand things, the formal Russian for the Sniper Rifle, system of Stronsky, Model of 1998 would be: Снайперская Винтовка системы Стронъского образца 1998 года The Article ru:СВ-98 does not, however, use the formal data.
