Landing short of runway
[edit]This article needs a reliable source citation for the orbiter landing short of the runway. This is mentioned in Deger's write-up, but there must be a more official source. (sdsds - talk) 07:55, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
- I corrected the statement about the short landing, according to this source: [1] (please note the pdf has a typo: there should be a minus sign before 623, the presence of the minus sign can be inferenced by assuming the other data in the row is correct) I also deleted the note about severe damage to the orbiter, since i haven't found any source for that. --Gwilbor (talk) 23:17, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
Astronaut Glove Punctured
[edit]According to this article, the astronaut whose glove was punctured during the spacewalk was not disclosed, but the List of spaceflight-related accidents and incidents article states that it was Jay Apt. --TommyBoy (talk) 07:19, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
Mission Picture Caption
[edit]There's a mistake in the Caption. Jerry Ross isn't seated, but is in the Spacesuit standing on the right side 134.204.42.202 (talk) 16:27, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
- Great catch! I have corrected the caption. askeuhd (talk) 22:33, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
