hey there, noticed you exclusively use a self-published source for your article. I wasn't here as long as you but i was repeatedly told not to use self-published sources, especially for the stuff that is readily available from other sources (Lloyd's, fire in 1916 was extensively covered by all major US newspapers etc). Not to mention the guy that owns that blog is banned here (User:Olonia). I also think since the ship was for 25 years known under a different name, the article should be named "Bolton Castle" instead. She was also NOT an Italian ship since in fact for a very long time she sailed under British flag. I also think you should cover the ships's whole history in a lot more detail not just 2 years of WWII. Crook1 (talk) 02:22, 20 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. I have just replaced every single citation from Colombo's blog, I was totally unaware that WP had him banned for sockpuppetry. Regarding the proposed renaming of the page and WWII years, the ship notability hinges upon her service as an Axis blockade-runner in the war, when she was one of only two Italian ships to dash through the English Channel. Besides the NY February 1916 fire, the career of "Bolton Castle" was instead pretty uneventful.---Darius (talk) 19:53, 20 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
