Awkward wording in the lede on this sentence, " Throughout her over 40-year long career, she served with the Imperial Navy, the Reichsmarine, and the Kriegsmarine." Though it is probably just me being nitpicky. "She served with the Imperial Navy, the Reichsmarine, and the Kriegsmarine during her long 41 year career."

Anyways.
